The formation of this group is designed to support "dad's" who have children with disabilities. A large part of John's story is found in the role that he plays in being the father of his son Braeden, who is currently 22 years old. Braeden was diagnosed with autism at 18 months of age. Over the years, connecting with other dads is something that was missing in his life. It is now a dream that is coming to fruition.
There are a lot of us dads who go unnoticed and play a significant role in the lives of their children while at times we may feel isolated, alone and desperate for support. In the midst of it, we are managing careers, family and so much more!
